Welcome!
Welcome to the 30-Day Self & Life Improvement Challenge.
It includes 30 mini-challenges to improve different aspects of yourself and your life. Each challenge is simple and won’t require much of your time (about 5-10 minutes per day).
It’s a fun and actionable way to accelerate your personal growth.
Here’s how it works:
- You’ll receive one email per week containing all challenges for that week. I decided to do it this way instead of sending you daily emails because, personally, I don’t like to receive daily emails! I respect your inbox space. To make sure that you get all the challenges, add hello@consciousoriginals.com to your contacts.
- IMPORTANT: Read the challenge the day before. Some challenges must be done first thing in the morning, so it’s important that you know what the next challenge is by the previous evening.
- Each challenge is a valuable tool to help you become the greatest version of yourself. Keep the emails and PDFs so that you can refer to them in the future.
