The Ultimate Personal Development PLAN

Welcome!

This plan will help you grow exponentially and make your ideal life happen. You can think of it as the bridge between having a dream, an idea, or a vision and making it a reality.

Where This Plan Comes From

I created this plan or method for myself a few years ago because I needed it. I’m a big dreamer, very creative, and think a lot. The main struggle for me has always been to follow through on my thoughts.

Without this method, I tend to get easily distracted and change my mind a lot, which usually leads to not getting the results I want. So, I created this plan to help me go from being a dreamer to becoming an “achiever.”

This 10-Step Plan Will Help You:

  1. Get crystal clear about what you want.
  2. Create a solid road map to make your ideal life or the ideal scenario happen and as quickly as possible.
  3. Create systems that will ensure that you follow through and take action on your plan until you get results.

Here’s How It Works (IMPORTANT!)

Below, you’ll find a workbook.

The workbook is a fillable PDF, meaning that you can type, save, and modify your entries directly on your computer. Or, if you prefer to have a physical copy, you can print the PDF.

The workbook makes it easier to follow the plan step by step, and it’s also a resource that you can keep and consult anytime you want to remind yourself of your goals and the actions you must take to make them happen.

In the first few pages of the workbook, I explain the 10-step method (The Ultimate Personal Development Plan).

The remaining of the workbook is divided into 12 sections for each of the following twelve key areas of life.

  • Health and Fitness
  • Social life/social skills
  • Family life
  • Self-improvement (mindset, personality, skills)
  • Physical environment (where you live and your material possessions)
  • Fun and adventure
  • Finances
  • Work
  • Love life
  • Spirituality
  • Contribution and legacy
  • Open; you can add any other area that you would like to work on.

Apply the method to one area of your life at a time (ex: Health and Fitness) and go through all ten steps for that area.

You can start with the area that’s most important to you right now, the one you believe will have the most significant, most positive impact on the overall quality of your life. Once you have gone through all ten steps for that area, you can then apply the method to the next most important area of your life.

Note that you don’t have to do it for all twelve areas this week or even this month or year. I usually pick four or five areas of my life that I focus on during an entire year. But do as you like.

I now invite you to pick one area of your life that you’ll begin with. Download the workbook (see below) and simply follow the plan (all ten steps).

Go at your pace. Perhaps it’ll seem like a lot, but if you apply the method to even just two or three areas of your life and act on your plan, you’ll begin to see tangible improvements in your life very quickly.
